Evo-Free Rewards is designed to be privacy-respecting. As a decentralized application, we minimize data collection:

• Wallet Address — Your public wallet address is used solely to check airdrop eligibility and facilitate transactions.
• Transaction Data — Transaction hashes and amounts are processed ephemerally to power the swap and claim interfaces. No transaction data is stored on our servers.
• Analytics — Anonymous usage statistics (page views, feature interactions) may be collected to improve the Platform. This data cannot be linked to your identity.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Private keys, seed phrases, or passwords
• Email addresses or phone numbers
• IP addresses (our infrastructure does not log IPs)
• Cookies or tracking identifiers
• Personal identification information (name, government ID, etc.)

3. How We Use Information

Any data processed is used exclusively for:

• Displaying relevant airdrop campaigns and allocations
• Executing token swaps and claims via smart contracts
• Improving Platform performance and user experience
• Detecting and preventing abuse or fraud

4. Data Storage & Retention

We do not operate centralized databases that store user information. Wallet addresses may be temporarily cached in memory during a session and are discarded when the session ends. Blockchain transactions are permanent by nature and exist on the public ledger.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with:

• Web3 Providers (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) — Your interaction with these providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.
• Blockchain RPC Nodes — Transactions are broadcast through public RPC endpoints. We recommend using your own RPC endpoints for maximum privacy.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Public blockchain data (wallet addresses, transactions) is inherently public and accessible to anyone.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), Content Security Policy headers, and regular security audits. However, no web application can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Since we collect minimal data, most privacy rights (access, deletion, portability) are inherently satisfied — we simply do not possess enough data to compromise your privacy. You can always disconnect your wallet and clear browser data to end your session.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
